We had a Duravit toilet installed recently. These guys were professional from the time they showed up until they were completed. Polite and courteous. Loved the phone messages and updates on timing and schedules. Will use them again.

After going through five different plumbers (in Orleans)—including some highly rated companies that unfortunately caused additional damage—I was feeling pretty defeated. Then Steven from Pipes and Plumbing came in and completely turned the situation around.
Steven was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring from the start. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what needed to be done, and I truly felt that our needs were being taken seriously. His honesty and transparency were a huge relief after the experiences we had before.
If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, straightforward, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend Steven and Pipes and Plumbing. They absolutely rescued us and will be the only company we use.

Pipes plumbing did an overall acceptable job on a small project we had for our basement bathroom.
Positively, they did come in as the least expensive quote, but that doesn’t mean that they were inexpensive (given the materials would at most be ~$100 at market rates, I was still charged ~$400/hour/plumber for the 2 hour job). They were responsive in email, which I appreciated.
Negatively, they didn’t even attempt to clean up, leaving a mess throughout my basement. They also didn’t bother to cut back the ABS a bit further when tying in the vent to correct an obvious hole in the ABS that had been covered by ducting tape in the past, so I had to redo a bit of their work afterwards.

I've been a contractor and builder for 40 years and our regular plumber had retired. These days it's hard to find great tradesmen who are promt, experienced, knowledgeable, professional in all aspects. Today after consulting other plumbers in a sewage pit and pump issue we've had, I decided to contact Steve from pipes plumbing. All I can say amazing! I describing the circumstances in the problem where other plumbers disregarded what I thought the problem was, he was quick to not rule out and brought the part which was a check valve. I was sceptical at first, but after a quick re and re the problem was solved. A big hats off the company and the owner Steve. Keep up the great work, and will be using his company in the future!
