I had to call a plumber and a friend referred Faucet Fix. Michael gave me a quote on the work to do on my kitchen and bathroom issues. He is professional and knowledgeable and on time for the appointment. The work was completed to my satisfaction. On October 11th I had Faucet Fix in to fix a leaky faucet in my bathroom. During the visit by Curtis Hutt, the President, I was told that my toilets (2 years old) needed to be replaced as well as they were an inefficient and cheap model. I asked that he replace the kitchen faucet with a Delta no hands model and found it nice. He quoted me $700.
Unfortunately, I agreed to the costs before doing any reseach of my own and, told them to proceeded to do the work. Since then, I realized that they had not left the kitchen faucet behind, I could have been reimbursed for it from Moen. I did not call because I sure they would have told me it had been disposed of.
Further, today I researched the cost of the Delta faucet installed. He charged me double what the value is. I feel this company took advantage of me and I will not be calling them again.
As well, I live in a 206 unit condominium bldg with many seniors and I will be posting a copy of this text so that other seniors are not taken advantage of as I have been.

The Faucet Fix team and I were very disappointed to hear about your negative impression of our work. I strongly stand by my recommendation to change your toilets. As an experienced Plummer, I hear from frustrated customers all the time with plumbing issues that are a results of low quality toilets. Probably 50% of plumbing challenges are a result of low quality toilets so when I recommend upgrading, it is coming from a good place. I don’t want my customers to be pulling out a plunger every week and trying to unclog toilets. Also the toilets I added will save you and our planet over 15,000 gallons of water each year! Regarding the price of the faucet, we do charge a premium since we deliver, install and warranty our work, and I’m confident that if you shopped around with other plumbers in the area you will find the prices comparable. Comparing a delivered, warrantied, and installed faucet with a price in a big box store is not an apples to apples comparison. Regarding the kitchen faucet, we would have happily left it behind if we knew you had a warranty. Customers often thank me for discarding their old dirty plumbing materials and we actually view the removal of old plumbing materials as an added value! If I hadn’t of disposed of it and if you would have called me, I would have happily returned it myself. I’m saddened to hear your impression of me and my company are not good. If you look at our history of good reviews online, it will probably come through that we pride ourselves on customer service. I strongly believe if you would have contacted me and given me the opportunity to explain, you would understand my point of view and maybe would have given your judgments a second thought. I had a problem with my hose bib and tried all kinds of different things to get it to work, with no prevail. I called faucet fix and they arrived on time they knew what they were doing they fixed it quick and it looked great and they we're both very professional. I would recommend Kirk and Nick to anyone with a plumbing issue. These two are great representatives for the company. Keep up the great work faucet fix

During renovations, I called Faucet Fix and they were amazing. They even called prior saying they would be a couple of minutes late, imagine that... Kirk and Nick knew what they were doing and did everything in a good time frame. Courteous! It was as if we knew each other for years.. It is nice to deal with people such as these two young man. I would not hesitate a minute to call Faucet Fix.. would even ask for these two guys... They cleaned the area they work in and left it all in good order. THANK YOU Faucet Fix...

April 6, 2016 I was very pleased with the service received from Faucet Fix today. In the two visits to my house, Curtis for a free estimate, and Michael and his apprentice, Nick to complete the work; the men arrived on time and finished the job in a reasonable length of time. They were courteous and provided helpful information. The final charge was exactly what I had been quoted, impressing me as well. No surprises! I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.

One of the downsides of enjoying the services of a great plumbing service for 25 years is that you probably have had to call them more often than you can afford to. That said, the upside of having a great plumbing service in your back pocket for 25 years is that you never have to worry about jobs not being completed in a professional manner.
Faucet Fix has been a trusted partner in my ability to manage my home. Their expertise, reliability and competence is of the highest quality. From the newest Plumber ( such as Braeden who came out today to do some complex repairs) to Omar (a more experienced Plumber who had Braeden's back), everyone is incredible.
I feel very fortunate.

After obtaining several quotes to have work down in our unfinished basement, Faucet Fix came out on top by far. The plumber was only here for 1/2 a day and got all the work done with little trouble. Extremely friendly and professional. Will definitely call them up again for any plumbing work!
