Ertan did a great job today helping us out of a serious frozen pipe pinch. He was able to diagnosis the problem and quickly get it resolved. Super profession and nice team of guys too. In August 2023, I had a Vesta tankless water heater installed by Ottawa Home Service, and I encountered issues almost immediately. Merely one month later, the unit began to leak. Rather than acknowledging their responsibility, the company provided only a temporary solution and refused to replace the defective heater. As time progressed, I faced the same problem again two years later. This experience left me exceedingly frustrated with their inadequate workmanship and complete lack of accountability.
In pursuit of a viable solution, I sought assistance from DH Plumbing, a company that significantly surpassed my expectations. Their customer service, particularly that of Dough, was exceptional, and the installation team, which included Neiko and Shaq, executed a superb job rectifying the issues. I highly recommend reviewing the before and after photographs to appreciate the substantial improvements made. It is advisable not to compromise; select a company that stands firmly behind the quality of their work. last photo is the new black/grey tankless DH plumbing installed.

If you need a gas or plumbing service trust DH Plumbing. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, honesty, and great customer service — but they truly delivered. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone needing reliable plumbing work.
