I called Plomberie des 2-Rives D.B. Inc. after a sewer backup occurred on January 31, 2025, in my basement in Lévis. Mr. Christian Bélanger and his team responded quickly. All the work (including replacing the old wastewater pipes—both inside and outside the house—upgrading and renewing the plumbing, and renovating the bathroom) was carried out efficiently, precisely, and professionally. The business relationship was cordial; the team was reliable and highly competent. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use their services again!

I contacted this company for a pipe problem with my air exchanger. I had previously approached several companies, and they all refused to do the job because my unit is in an attic. Plomberie des 2 rives was the only one willing to take on the job, and I must say I am extremely satisfied: they responded quickly, the work was done well, and the price was very competitive. I recommend them 200%!

Absolutely no professionalism whatsoever. He installed a so-called mandatory part costing $297.77 plus tax without any consultation. When I inquired, I learned the part was merely a suggestion from the city. To top it all off, he came to collect the part before I even had a chance to inform my tenants that I refused to pay.
