Excellent service. We have cats, and one of them got out; the professional at Northern Star Plumbing helped retrieve him before continuing to work. They arrived on time and completed work in a timely manner.

Great company, easy to work with, very reasonble rates. Booked them because of the good reviews, so its only fair I leave my own review.
Contacted them through the website for a quote on a gas related service. Ended up texting with them back and forth to arrange the work, too easy.
Jon who is awesome came and did the job. He went above and beyond with an unforseen warranty issue. He was knowledgeable and considerate.
Even dealing with the office afterwards was a breeze.
I will be using them again in the future for sure.

We recently had some issues with our on demand water heater. Fortunately this company tried several times to address it. At the end of it all, they managed to get a new unit for us under warranty. Things seem to be going well. Thanks for the great work.

Northern Star did an excellent job servicing our Navian tankless hot water heater. Zach was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and was in and out within an hour for a descaling service and filter check.
Robert was patient with answering my questions in advance of the service. Knowing that they are an endorsed Navian service provider is also excellent peace of mind. We will be calling Northern Star for our future plumbing needs.

We had an excellent experience with Northern Star Plumbing! Jon was our plumber and he was fantastic—professional, friendly, and clearly knows his stuff. He installed our tankless water heater and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Northern Star Plumbing has been our go to for regular services since we moved back to the island. They installed a tankless hot water heater and helped us resolve some minor issues with the valves. They’ve also done a great job on the water recirculation in our home. Robert is always on top of things, and it’s obvious that he is 100% dedicated to his clients. His associate, Jon, is also great. Jon even identified a fairly substantial problem with a different system that he doesn’t specialize in. Johnny Z is fantastic! Excellent customer service, communication and ability to get the job done right. Helped service our on demand hot water system when it stopped working recently. He answered questions I had about the system, as well as some concerns I had with my shower leaking. Would highly recommend Northern Star if you are looking for honest pricing and the job being done right the first time. Thanks Johnny!
