What a good professional plumbing company. We had a leak below our kitchen sink. We called them late Friday night , they came out right away. Shane was courteous, and very professional.
He found the problem and return early Saturday morning with the replacement fixture. This is the second time I’ve called them to do a couple of repairs in the last year. I highly recommend them .

Shawn and David were very professional and provided prompt and quality service.
Unfortunately they weren’t able to successfully transport our undercabinet water filtration system from one house to another in our move. A part was somehow lost and that resulted in the water continually draining to waste and taking a very long time to fill the water reservoir. They replaced some parts without success but they did not charge us for these parts which we sincerely appreciated. In the end my husband searched YouTube and found that the part missing was a little tube (some kind of restrictor). He fixed it himself. They were very professional and would ring them again.

Hot water tank went down at new years. Rod came out to do an inspection and confirm warranty etc. diagnosed the part that was faulty but none were available in the country. Arranged to have one ordered in (3-5 business days). Witness him trying to call around to find one locally to help but no luck.
About an hour and a half later he calls to let me know that after some more digging he managed to pull one off a different defective unit and rushed over to hook it up. Hot Water back on! Really appreciated the service, friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!!

I had a hot water tank leak occur between Christmas and New Years. I contacted Concept. They had someone come as quickly as possible.
The lass (Jenny?) on the phone was polite, friendly and genuinely seemed to care.
The technician, (Ron?) arrived and assessed the problem. He kept me informed, fixed the issue promptly and also examined the water system in the house. He was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and informative,
