I have used Sean’s services four times over the past 15 years or so - twice at home and twice at work. Each time a hot water tank was removed and replaced with no disruption or mess and at a very reasonable price. I found him to be very professional and he kept me updated when unexpected issues came to light. I would recommend Avalon Plumbing and Heating without hesitation.

Excellent service and reasonable price. Also a good lesson as to why not to DIY on the advice from a hardware store. I've replaced about half dozen tanks on my own, I'm calling these guys next time. Save the headaches and peace of mind.

I’m a long term customer of Avalon Plumbing and Sean has always provided excellent service. He was very prompt and responsive especially to regular customers. I never had any issues with his work. I highly recommend him.

A friend who is a coworker of mine referred me to Sean and Avalon Plumbing when my hot water boiler gave out. Sean is an extremely nice person, knowledgeable and was great to deal with throughout this whole process. He made this whole process easier and I will definitely contact Sean again with any plumbing issues that may arise. I highly recommend him and Avalon Plumbing to anyone who may have any plumbing issues. Avalon Plumbing will quickly make these issues a thing of the past. I received excellent emergency service on Good Friday when my hot water boiler unexpectedly failed. The response was quick, professional, and efficient from start to finish. He arrived promptly, explained everything clearly, and had the issue resolved in no time. It’s not easy to find reliable service on a holiday, but they went above and beyond. I truly appreciate the quality of his work and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of dependable service.
