I had bathtub water not go down.Called them they said about 540 than they send one people. Work one hour said he is off and another guy gonna come. And after one hour second guy showed up and try about half hour said they can’t do it. And than they charge 590 with 0 work done. Don’t recommend any one choose them.

We had our hot boiler tank replaced a month ago at our condo and the previous technician had to move the washing machine to get at it. Unfortunately the connections weren’t put back properly and it resulted in a leak. I called on Victoria Day and got in touch with Dion and he was very pleasant & prompt in getting the issue resolved. Thanks Dion and Keans Pump Shop for the great service.

We had an issue with our water softener system and Dion, a plumber from the company showed up promptly and also discovered the issue fast. He was very helpful and professional to deal with. He also made some good suggestions about future problem-solving. Thanks Dion! We are very happy with your service call today.

Used Mr. Rooter (operated locally by keans pump shop) to install a hot water tank. They removed a clothes dryer to install the hot water tank and upon leaving, placed the dryer back into its location without the exhaust hose attached. This resulted in a very dangerous condition where the dryer was exhausting hot air directly into a small closet. Also, they left the area very untidy, with excess wiring on the floor and failed to install the relief value tube correctly. (It was positioned to dump water on the floor instead of the drip tray)
After speaking with management, they offered me $50 off my next service appointment. It's safe to say this is woefully inadequate and I'll never let these people in my home again.

Great customer service... they know their stuff and will help you through any issue if they can. If they can't, they handle the manufacturer's inquiries for you.
