These folks know their stuff! We moved into a house that was literally on top of flowing water. They had installed a sump and drainage system that they know backwards and forwards. Crystal is an absolute Customer Service GODDESS who never lets us forget our annual maintenance and is always so good at helping us get Trevor in here when it works for our busy schedule, because he knows. When we moved in, the previous owners left their contact information. When we moved out, we left their contact information. That kind of loyalty in today's world has to be earned — and they've earned it in spades.

Jordan and Rob did a great job installing our new sump and battery backup. They installed it in no time and thoroughly explained how it all worked before leaving. No complaints!

Jordan and Rob just finished up fixing a crack in my foundation, and I couldn't be more satisfied! They walked me through the process then got to work. Before I knew it the job was done and all cleaned up! They were great... Shout out to Sam Finlayson, he was great too :)

What I loved is that they spent the time explaining their system and showed us videos so we could fully understand their systems. The guys came and installed a sump pump in our cold room. Fast and efficient. I would 100% recommend them.

We had Joel and Derek install a radon mitigation system. The installation was done exactly as scheduled, Joel and Derek were on time (to the minute!), professional, friendly and super clean. Honestly, except for the new fan and vent pipes, you couldn't even tell anyone had been in our house, I have never had cleaner trades people do work! When they were done they explained everything. The radon reduction took effect quickly and works exactly as promised, but it was dealing with Joel and Derek that made this a 5 star experience. I would absolutely give more if I could!

We had water pouring in from a crack in the foundation in the fruit cellar. Nick was very prompt in coming out to give us an estimate and explain the process via a short video. Jefferson and Jose were at the house within a week to fix the crack. They again explained the procedure needed for the repair. It was a small job and they were in and out within an hour. They cleaned up upon completion and left things as before. They were very polite and courteous. We are very satisfied with the job done and will recommend Advanced Basement Systems to friends and family if they need your services.

This is the second time I’ve used Advanced Basements out of London, and once again they exceeded my expectations. The first time was for a sump pump, and this time they completed spray foam insulation in our crawlspace. Both experiences were outstanding from start to finish.

I can’t say enough good things about Sam, the sales rep. He is incredibly professional, friendly, and most importantly, honest. There was zero pressure, everything was clearly explained, and I felt confident that the recommendations were genuinely in our best interest.

The technician’s ( Tim +1 ) who completed the work were extremely professional and took exceptional care of our home. Every square inch of flooring he walked on was carefully protected, and when the job was done, the house was left spotless. Honestly, you would never know anyone had been here—that level of care really stood out to us.

Based on two consistently great experiences, I would highly recommend Advanced Basement Systems to anyone considering any of the services they offer. A trustworthy company with great people and excellent workmanship.

We just had a basement leak repair done by Jefferson and he was absolutely amazing! Photo included.

I was told the work would take a couple of hours but he was in and out in 2 hours which is great for us. He was also very knowledgeable and explained the process succinctly.

They also coordinated with a local plumbing company (D&S Plumbing and Heating) to help move the pipes for this work so it was very painless and seamless for us. D&S Plumbing came before the work was started and immediately after to put the pipes back.

I highly recommend hiring for basement repairs and asking for Jefferson if you can since he is clearly skilled in this line of work! I also recommend D&S Plumbing for being able to coordinate so well along with the quick and efficient turnaround times! They also moved our washer to its original position and hooked it back up which was super nice.

I also wanted to shout out to Jeff who was the initial inspector for breaking down the options available to us and within our budget. All in all I would work with all of the people involved again should the need arise!
