Excellent service! The technicians came the very next day, everything was done quickly and efficiently. Jess (with the help of Danny) explained everything as he worked, offered options for solutions, and cleaned up everything after he was done. We signed up for the membership, which basically paid for itself, and we're definitely going to use the PP's services moving forward, which means the membership rewards will come in handy!

Jess is very smart and let me know the pros and cons of each recommendation. He understood that I don't have an unlimited budget. He priced out different options and gave me estimates. He also gave me a ballpark estimate of whether there would be extra expenses if I waited (and the problem got worse or caused more damage). He wasn't pushing me, but it was more like full disclosure. I appreciated this because I have opted out of fixing things in the past, and had to call a trades person back again a few months later. This has always resulted in me paying way more tha I needed to. As a result, I just took Jess's advice.

Highly recommend. Jess was fantastic. I called for a shutoff valve and hose bib replacement, and he arrived within an hour of my call. He was professional, attentive, and did an excellent job. Everything was done properly, left clean, and he took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Fast response, great service, and very pleasant to deal with. Jess was great, and I would definitely use them again!

I had an excellent experience with this company. The plumber was Q. He was professional, friendly, and very easy to communicate with from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and was completely honest and upfront about the work that needed to be done.
What I really appreciated was how he handled unexpected issues—he took the time to explain them and discuss any additional costs before moving forward, so there were no surprises at all. His work was thorough, and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job.
It’s not always easy to find someone this reliable and trustworthy. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend him to others.

Had a small but annoying tub leak. The guys from Pleasant Plumber assessed and had the issue fixed ASAP. Replaced old pipe with new cooper and swapped the leaking faucet. All done quickly and painlessly! Great work was done here!!
*4 stars is due entirely on invoicing issues, not the work completed.
