Derek was able to accommodate me the same day to fix a problem with the toilet, which was hugely appreciated. He is friendly and professional, gets the job done quickly, cleans up, and communicates well regarding appointment time and rates. I've had a few jobs done by Derek, all done without a fault. Highly recommend.

Excellent, professional, knowledgeable service with an attention to detail. You can rest assured that if Derek fixes it it’ll only have to be done once. He did such a great job replacing the fill valve on my toilet a few months ago, I called him back when my kitchen sink pipes started leaking. I love learning new things and it’s great that Derek doesn’t mind me hanging around to watch and nerd out a bit on the process. Also, he’s great to chat with - ask him his opinion on artificial intelligence 😉
