From the lovely lady who answered the call to the fantastic gen Levi who came out to get us back in the game. I needed a dishwasher install and it was not something I wanted to take on.

RBP was nothing short of amazing. Super friendly communication.

Extremely punctual. Clean and professional. I wouldn't hesitate using their services again, in fact I have them in my contacts list. Thanks RBP for setting the standard in customer care and attention to detail.

You deserve much more than 5 stars IMO.

Every step of the way was smooth. Reception was kind and quick, the plumber was kind and quick. Everything went well and smoothly.

I had a toilette with a loose tank that had some added challenges to fix because of its own design. I'm happy to report that the plumber took care of it no problem!

Many thanks!

Definitely a 5 star company!
They went out of their way to accommodate me when I had to change delivery dates, more than once!
Friendly, experienced staff willing to go above and beyond!
Absolutely my go to Plumbing Company!

Was looking for a smaller, locally owned plumbing business and I hit the jackpot! The office staff were very professional and friendly and quickly scheduled an appointment for me to have my toilet fixed. Levi was sent to the job and it was obvious that he was very experienced and really cared about doing a good job. He was very patient with me when explaining what he was doing and provided me with a bit of free "plumbing education". He worked quietly and diligently. And the bathroom was left cleaner than when he started! Would definitely recommend Rather Be Plumbing to others and will be using them for any further plumbing needs.

The plumbers who have worked on our home have always been on time, friendly, and have done excellent work. Their pricing is very fair and their work provides great value for money. Happy to recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent plumber. Arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair professionally. The work area was left clean and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again.

I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly for a time that worked with my schedule. Drew was super professional and helpful. He explained everything he was doing and what could have caused the issue/how to prevent it from happening again. It was more affordable than I expected. Overall really great experience and I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs! Thank you!

Great service! From the moment I called the booking process was so easy. Levi showed up on time, explained everything to me and got to work. He checked for leaks 3 times to be extra careful and left the work area spotless.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Jarod from Rather Be Plumbing, and I was thoroughly impressed with his level of professionalism. As someone who works in the trades myself, I have high expectations when it comes to workmanship and communication and Jarod exceeded them in every way.

He took the time to clearly explain his HVAC issue and his communication was excellent. He treated us with respect and communicated well.

It is refreshing to deal with a company that prioritizes integrity and customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend Rather Be Plumbing to homeowners and contractors alike, and I look forward to working with Jarod again in the future.
