We had a new furnace installed by Arpi's a few years back and were very satisfied with the process. So when it came time install Central air we sought out Arpi's first. Craig quoted us a quality AC that was right at our budget. Other vendors quoted much higher for comparable equipment. Once we decided to go with Arpi's our system was installed in just 2 days. Brady and his apprentice were very friendly and professional. The install was clean and organized. Supply line and wire routing was perfectly executed. Outside components were installed and hooked up very nicely. Brady took time to to explain the work they had performed and showed us how to use thermostat. Work areas were left super clean.
From Start to finish our AC install from Arpi's was a great experience.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Arpi's. From the very beginning, Craig was outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely kind. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our entire home, explaining what he was looking at and why. Even though he spent so much time with us, there was never any pressure to buy anything. In fact, he recommended the more affordable option whenever it made sense and was focused on finding the best solution for our home, not making the biggest sale. That level of honesty and integrity is rare, and it gave us complete confidence in both him and the company.

Terrence, who installed our air conditioner, was just as impressive. He was friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking, and took great pride in his work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed properly, answered all of our questions, and was an absolute pleasure to have in our home.

It's rare to find a company where every person you deal with is exceptional, but that was our experience with Arpi's. The professionalism, honesty, customer service, and quality of work exceeded our expectations. Craig and Terrence genuinely care about their customers, and it shows. We are so impressed with our experience that we won't be using any other heating and air conditioning company in the future. We had a great experience with the installation of our AC recently by Arpi's. Thanks to Lucas Reade and John who provided excellent service. Lucas was very thorough in making sure everything was functioning properly before leaving, walk us through / show and answers all the questions we had. Give us some insights regarding our furnace. Very knowledgeable and professional. We definitely recommend Arpi's (Lucas) to others

RUN. A horrible experience would be an understatement. I originally found Arpi’s through Costco for a furnace and water tank replacement. I trust Costco wholeheartedly but the installation fell far from expectation because it was executed by Arpi’s.

From installing pipes at head height instead of placing them between the beams where there WAS room, to failing to patch up the heat run that was just dumping air into the basement. Every single aspect of the install was lazy. Didn’t even bother to check the humidifier even though they said they would.

The technicians with Arpi’s were horrible after coming back two times to “fix” things. They completely ignored me when they entered into the home and even dented the front panel of a brand new furnace.

The manager at Arpi’s, Jeff Johnson, called me on the phone to raise his voice at me in an aggressive tone and tell me how DONE he was because I asked him to send a new technician. He barely let me put in a word during the call, repeatedly telling me how done he was and that he’d give me a full refund once they’ve taken everything out. Fast forward to today when I asked if they could schedule in a date to remove the equipment, he kicked me over to Lennox and Costco. Imagine if a manager could talk to a client like that, imagine how they talk to their staff!

I’ve had a professional HVAC and plumbing team come in to review the work and they had a ton of notes. They’re asking me to reach out to the City to confirm that an inspection was actually done because Arpi’s never sent me the report.

For context, this wasn’t even cheap - over 12k! If you want to be gaslighted, charged a premium for the sloppiest work imaginable and mansplained to throughout the entire process - definitely go with Arpi’s.

Had a feeling my furnace was caving during our second winter cold snap and arpi’s was able to send out the next available technician in a very timely manner. Robert Hudson came out asked what was going on and was quick and descriptive showing me pictures explaining to me and showing that i only had about 2 options and the amount of stuff that was caving or broken to repair the old one was priced out around the same for a new one, also did what he could to get it to hold on a little longer while he set up a meeting with Kevin Gawazuk to quote on a new furnace.
Kevin was able to be at my place in under 30 minutes to give me some options and was able to set up and get my new furnace installed the very next morning! Out came Spencer whitford and his helper riley and they got everything removed installed with a clean setup on a new lennox that is working great! I highly recommend talking with arpis on your plumbing needs all staff are super friendly awsome to socialize with and are professional with there job
