I would not recommend your service. On Saturday, June 6, around 1:50 PM, one of your drivers was tailgating, speeding, changing lanes without signaling, and cut me off, creating an unsafe situation on the road.

We REALLY appreciate the help we recently got from Battalion! Tim, Rob and Chris were incredibly helpful in helping us find and fix a very tricky leak (behind walls!) in our rental suite. They came to investigate same-day, coordinated the remediation company to cut the drywall with asbestos, then went above and beyond to repair our leak and make sure everything was done right. They were great to work with and super respectful of our tenants and their spaces. These are true professionals who stepped up to help us out of a very tough situation. If you’re looking for great plumbers - you’ve found them.

Ross was so helpful on the phone and the service appointment was set up for the next day. The plumber he sent diagnosed the problem right away and dealt with the issue very efficiently. The result was exactly what we had hoped and all is well as I write this. We highly recommend this company.

I called Batallion re: an issue with my sink drain. Ross worked through the problem with me over the phone and suggested things to try myself. His DIY suggestion worked and saved me a lot of money. Thanks so much Ross for your help and honesty! I'll definitely be calling Batallion for any future plumbing issues.

This company did an emergency drain cleaning job for our house at Seawood Terrace Victoria in October 2022, the cable they used to clean the drain was cut and 15 ft of it remained in the drain without letting us know about that or removing it, we came to know about it the last month as it blocked again, another plumbing company fixed the issue and took out the broken cable, they had to charge extra $3000 for the job. I contacted Ross with Battalion about it and he told me he will look into it, after 3 weeks of following up he told me they will take no responsibility for the work they've done 2 years and a half ago.
I'll be suing this company at the court, if someone has similar experience let's teach them to be responsible for the job they do for people.
