Our kitchen sink wouldn’t drain properly. I checked the trap myself before calling and found no clog or block there. I tried plunging but that didn’t help. I assumed that the blockage was further down the line and required a plumber. I called Centennial because I had used their services before. I had to wait one day until they could send their plumber out to fix our problem drain. I was contacted about 1/2 an hour before Jed arrived. Jed was friendly, courteous, and professional. He listened carefully to my view of the situation and what had been done. He also answered all of my questions and got to work promptly after assessing the situation. He explained various Options and the associated costs to me before starting work. Jed had to call and have the “Silver Bullet” delivered so that took a bit time. Ideally, that tool should be with him in his truck to avoid the delay. However, once Jed had that tool to clear the line it didn’t take long.

Needed repair on my a/c unit, and was booked in very quick. Communication with both the office and technician was quick and Wes (the technician) was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Invoice was sent over immediately and included all the information so that I knew exactly what happened and how it was fixed. Overall, very pleased with this company and their service and would highly recommend!

We had a demolition team come on Sunday evening to remove all of our mitchen cabinets for a renovation and they accidently cut through our kitchen main water line supply. Because of that we needed to shut down all of the water within the house. This left us without water for the entire night.

We tried calling a few plumbers, but they were all busy on Sunday, so we had to try for Monday. I gave Centennial a call at 7:40AM, and wow they were busy! I know the heat wave last week made things hectic, especially with people around the city not having their AC units blowing out cool air.

Centennial sent us Ethan, which we're very glad of. He was personable, relatable and had great humor. He immediately diagnosed the issue, gave us a quote on the spot and let us know he could get this fized immediately. He also went above and beyond and checked the status of our Expansion Tank, which he thankfully used laymen terms to explain to us that it may need to be changed out as well.

Since we are in the middle of a renovation, he gave us the details on how much it would cost, so we are well aware of what's going on.

If you get Ethan, know that you'll get someone who is reliable, friendly and in general a great guy. I know who I'll be asking for in the future if something happens!

We had a pipe freeze in our basement and needed a quick fix. I called a few companies and the service right from the first time I called was the reason I chose Centennial.

Nolan came quick and was both friendly and super knowledgeable. The price is a bit more than the others, but I'm willing to pay it for a better experience and quality of work. The pipe had a little leak afterwards (which ended up being condensation) and I was able to text them and they immediately offered to come back and check it out.

Thank you!

Great job, professional and quick but quality work. Ryan was also super friendly and informative.
[Edit after reviewing details of the invoice] My only issue was the cost, seemed pretty expensive, over 2700$ for about 13 hours work. As I said, quality and speed was great, so maybe you get what you pay for, but I'd recommend at least checking with another provider for an alternate quote before you book!

Had a great experience with Omar yesterday. He didn’t give up on trouble-shooting and went above and beyond, tracking down a part in order to be able to fix rather than replace our older but still very functional toilet. He explained everything clearly and listened to my suggestions and questions. Thanks Centennial! I’ve only had great experiences with your staff.

Water heating problems. Called at 9 at night. 15 minutes later David arrived. I needed a new water heater. He made sure everything was safe for the night. I got a phone call he was on his way and an email with his picture so I would know who was at my door. Nice safety tip. 8:20 am he was at my door with the new one. Then I asked if he could change my smoke/CO2 detectors. No problem. A staff member dropped off the detectors and adaptors. David was great. Explained what was being done. Gave me tips to extend the life of the new water heater. Cleaned up his work area. He was able to give me information about other services Centennial offered. Invoicing was done right away. The office submitted the rebate to SaskEnergy and I received an Email from SaskEnergy saying it was received the next day. The office messaged me the next morning to make sure I was happy with everything. I don't have a single complaint. Not even a suggestion to improve the service. They were better than 5 stars. Absolutely wonderful.
I called Centennial because when the city changed my water lines I was left to deal with the plumbing. I walked in the front door at Centennial and a salesman walked me through what needed to be done and set up a technician to be there when needed. Again, they took all my stress away. So wonderful.
