I called Solutions plumbing as I lost hot water the day my wife went into labour with my son, they were accommodating and came promptly, delivered, then installed a new hot water tank, got my hot water back in a flash, while being quiet to not wake my baby. Pure class. Highly recommend these folks.

We had a boiler installed in our home as a deal with previous owner split 50/50 this company was recommended by realtor to do the job. They installed the 10k boiler system prior to us moving in. We have been here 3 years now and have spent almost the same amount fixing it. Many companies have said what a horrible installation it was, not professional and a messy installation. The old boiler system never removed which is shocking to most other companies. The owner Kent was out to fix it as well as his employees several times and we were still left in the cold. At one point -30 he told us he washed his hands of the situation. This year again we have no heat or hot water, thankful for the warmer weather.

Highly recommend! It is rare to find a reliable plumber who is knowledgeable, budget conscious and genuinely cares about their customers. Being a smaller business with less overhead, I believe I got a great price replacing my hot water tank. Kent took his time explaining my options to figure out what setup worked best for me and my family!
