Excellent communication from the moment I called and spoke with Adarsh. He was a pleasure to deal with—professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. He removed our old garburator and installed all the necessary piping and a new strainer with great care and efficiency.

I normally don’t post reviews but I wanted to recognize Red Seal for the amazing work they did to help me with a recent emergency where my water main suddenly failed. Alex came right away to assess the situation and discuss/clearly explain options for fixing the issue. The crew hooked my home up with temporary water while they started on identifying the source of the problem.

The replacement of the water line was more challenging than expected due to unexpected conditions underground that are not visible on the surface. Throughout the process, Phablo and Oscar kept me informed of the progress and were extremely patient in answering all of my questions. I was very impressed by Phablo and Oscar’s determination to find a way to fix the problem no matter what setbacks were encountered. If I could give them 10 stars I would as that is how impressed I was by their work ethic, customer service and quality of work. Needless to say my home was restored to the same condition prior to the incident.

There is a reason why Red Seal has such positive reviews. If you need a plumber/drainage company, I would highly recommend Red Seal.

One other thing I think is important to mention is my wife had returned from buying groceries and she had to park across the street as my driveway was occupied by contractor vehicles. Oscar was having his lunch and when he saw my wife carrying heavy boxes of groceries, he immediately put down his lunch and came over to help with the groceries. That speaks to the character of the people working at Red Seal.

We had a leak in our shower and Adarsh from Red Seal came out to take care of it. Absolutely incredible service from start to finish. From booking the appointment to having the work done, every step was great. He diagnosed the issue quickly and resolved it for us with a fair price and the utmost professionalism. If anyone asks us for a plumber recommendation in the future these are the only people I would tell them to call!

Fantastic service! Pablo fixed the kitchen sink backup (caused by the building line), verified proper flow, and left the area spotless. Only after everything was resolved did he call the property manager to walk them through the work and recommendations. Highly recommend.

I was looking around for a plumber to replace our very old water heater I found Red Seal Plumbing and got an estimate and had the water heater replaced same-day the technician working the job was Phablo and he was one of the most professional techs I'd had the privilege to have work in my home. Came on time explained everything that needed to be done worked quickly and efficiently. I and my family have found our new plumbing company to call whenever there is an issue or we need an upgrade. Phablo was great with everything we needed and loved having our dog Daisy work beside him. all estimates were on the dot and the job is perfect! Thanks so much Red Seal and Phablo.
