Our basement flooded and Service master and Matthew Derish's crew took excellent care of us. From the moment we called late at night to signing off at the end of project, questions were answered, clarified quickly and responded to with the appropriate action. A very polite , professional and knowledgeable crew who cleaned everything up inside and out. Best thing was there were no surprises. Thanks for taking such good care of us.

Well, 3.5 months later were still not finished. Still waiting for transition for our floors. Started out great, everything was happening so fast, thought maybe the most 4 weeks. Leak in the wall, we need new flooring 2 holes in our stairway and bathroom, which had to be painted. This started on March 6, we were gone most of May, only things that had been done was the bathroom, not including putting back toilet an sink
I wish we would have just got our insurance money and done it herself es. Not happy

I had a wonderful experience with ServiceMaster after a wind storm tore the vinyl siding off the side of our house. People came out within hours of my contacting my insurance company. Emergency repairs were done that evening to prevent further damage. I had amazing customer service from Tanya, Matt and Leigh-Anne. They came out several times to make sure I was happy with the repairs and to ensure I was pleased with the quality of the workmanship. It was a very positive experience.

We had a large tree branch crash through our home. I called my emergency insurance number at 9:15pm. They had a gentleman arrive to assess the damage by 10:30 pm
By 12:30 am there was two temporary patches on our roof. Second one didn’t come completely through our bedroom ceiling.
Next day they had their team looking at the damage in the daylight.
They are still continuing there top notch service as we wait for estimates to be approved by our home insurance.

They get 5 star plus out of 5 for the emergency response stage when damage initially occurred. They get 5/5 for the Repair work which was done very professionally & well by all who came in to restore the damage. We would have given them 5+ for restoration if it wasn't the length of time from damage control to the point restoration could be done. For a 4-6 week complete job from start to finish it was 3 months before completed. Part of this was the 4 week approval from our adjuster to get the restoration approved & started. Then almost 2 months to get restoration started & finished in 6 days. We'd still highly recommend them, just expect delays.
