Both Bryden and Matt were awesome to deal with. Offering advice and answering all questions that I had for them! I made a phone call with my concerns and they were able to help me out the same day and within an hour of my phone call, I appreciated the fast, professional service and I would 100 percent recommend them to family and friends. Flo Pro saved the day! My condo kitchen sink wasn’t draining, and they responded almost immediately. They happened to have a tech in the area, and Jessie had everything fixed in no time. Super professional, super courteous, truly awesome service. I’d recommend Flo Pro to anyone.

We would like to recognize James Nicol from Flo Pros for his exceptional service. He was sent by our property management to fix a bathtub sewer and drainage issue and was incredibly patient throughout the process.
James went the extra mile by coordinating with neighbors to access their units and even assisted another resident with their own backup problems. He handled everything with great care and professionalism. We highly recommend him and hope his hard work is recognized by the company.

I live in a condo, and our unit is connected to the main line. Matt came to our unit right away and honestly saved my arm from plunging the kitchen sink for almost two hours! He responded very quickly and was able to clear the clog, even if it only lasted about 15 minutes.
What I really appreciated was how clearly he explained the reason why I keep experiencing these recurring clogs. He is very professional and knowledgeable, and the best part is how quickly he arrives when needed.
I highly recommend their services if you ever encounter plumbing issues!
