Had a really great experience with this plumbing team.

I had an extremely blocked shower drain, I had tried a few at home things to fix it and nothing worked.

They were super friendly, professional, & incredibly thorough with their work. Everything was handled quickly without feeling rushed, which I really appreciated.

What stood out most was their attitude. They were joking with each other, laughing, & genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. It’s honestly refreshing to see tradespeople who take pride in their work while still keeping things light & positive.

They even insisted to put the shower curtain back on when I told them to not worry about it :)! Would definitely recommend & won’t hesitate to call them again in the future!

I live in a condo, and our unit is connected to the main line. Matt came to our unit right away and honestly saved my arm from plunging the kitchen sink for almost two hours! He responded very quickly and was able to clear the clog, even if it only lasted about 15 minutes.

What I really appreciated was how clearly he explained the reason why I keep experiencing these recurring clogs. He is very professional and knowledgeable, and the best part is how quickly he arrives when needed.

We had a great experience with Flo Pros Plumbing. Matt came out at the end of a long weekend on a Monday and didn’t rush the job at all. He took his time to properly diagnose the issue with our clog and made sure the problem was actually solved rather than just applying a quick fix.

What I really appreciated was how much he looked out for us. He even ran a camera through the pipes so we could see that everything was clear and have real peace of mind moving forward.
