I won't forget you, Joey. I kept calling you "Drain Dr.," but it turns out you're "Sewer Heroes"—haha, that’s a bit embarrassing. No wonder your work was so unique and clean—and the way you folded your gloves into the rag? Wow! Truly impressive! You work so cleanly and professionally. Thank you, thank you, Boss Man!

Wow. Simply amazing. After almost 4 years of attempting to diagnose the issue, Sewer Heroes came to the rescue.
My wall was gushing water causing black mold, wall and floor damage. These amazing folks fixed it in a respectful amount of time and the employees were very helpful and respectful of my time and business. Definitely would recommend and will hire again. Thank you all!!

This is the second time we have used Sewerheroes. They have been the most reliable, with the quickest response time, extremely organized, and equipped with the latest technology. Jared Guthrie has been a professional technician; he can diagnose and make quick repairs. We are always more than happy with the very reasonable cost of the repairs. Thanks again Jared and the Sewerheroes team.

Sewer Heroes earned my 5 stars because of their honesty and customer-first approach. Jared was incredibly helpful and transparent. Even though my issue required plumbing repairs outside their scope, he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. He pointed me to the right professional instead.

Compared to other companies that immediately asked for paid consultations without even reviewing my photos, this experience was refreshing. Highly recommend!

You have no idea how often you use your kitchen sink until the drain is blocked. I called first thing in the morning and Jared was able to accommodate me with an afternoon appointment. Excellent service excellent price would recommend these guys to anybody.
Thanks, Roger & Bev

Joey performed a sewer scope of our new build home. The whole process was smooth and easy. Joey was punctual and efficient and advised us of his findings. He also provided a report with video of our sewer pipe. I’m extremely glad we had a sewer scope done because we wouldn’t have known about the deficiencies until an actual problem could potentially occur as a result of them. Thanks Joey!

We had an issue with our drain in the furnace room backing up and we've had a hard time in the past getting a company to come out to clear the drain. I was given Sewer Heroes Name from another plumbing company we used in the past as they were busy. I was impressed at how fast they came out, within 2 hour frame time maybe even earlier. Joey/Josh was the tech that came out to take care of the problem and he was great! It took him a few minutes to unpack and about 15 minutes as it seemed to clear the drain. Thank you for coming out quickly and for the awesome service! Recommend Super Heroes 100%!

I recently used Sewer Heroes for a drain issue at my home. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional ! Joey responded to the scene promptly and was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to assess the problem and explained the solution in a very clear manner.

I was very impressed with the efficiency and expertise of how Joey using an auger to fix the drain pipe. Also, he went above and beyond to clean up the floor, drain pipe and left no mess behind.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service received from Sewer Heroes. The professionalism, expertise and exceptional customer service truly set them apart. They will be the first one to call if I ever come across any plumbing issues.

Sewerheros is an outstanding company. I was very impressed by Jared. He is professional, punctual and very competent. I had a backed up main sewer drain clogged by tree roots in 3 places. Called on a Sunday and had the job done within a couple of hours. Very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend them for all your sewer needs.
