I would like to personally say thank you for Family Plumbing and Heating. Mr. Owen was quick and professional in replacing our faucet and taps. He made us feel part of the process of replacing the bathroom faucet and drain hoses. His recommendations really helped us in regards to what we should replace. He came in a timely manner and was quick, clean the area after and was efficient! Highly recommend for your more household needs!

I had a very good experience with family plumbing and heating. They were very professional and accommodating with me. They came to diagnose my furnace issues and were transparent with the part pricing direct from the supplier. They helped make my decision to replace the furnace instead of spending a crazy amount just to repair an almost 20 year old furnace. That same day I had them come out and carefully explain my options and provide me with a quote. Within 2 days I had a brand new furnace installed and had multiple members of the team patiently walk me through the process every step of the way. Most impressively they obliged to my many questions and requests and assured me they will be there for me if anything should happen. I can’t say enough about how great they were with customer service and very competitive pricing! You’ve established a customer for life! Thanks guys!

Craig came much sooner than his estimated arrival time and when he came to do work he was efficient, elaborative and transparent on what needed to be done and what to expect in future, what works best with it, what I my want I consider ordering for future in case something happens down the road; what to prepare for or think about in case things go wrong with it. Honestly , I have never had such a great experience with services to
this kind of degree! Craig was amazing, kind, very hard working, focusing on his job and he cared about his customer! Good people, honest, professional and know their work so well. We installed new furnance last year in 2024, great service provided, well installed, when there was isuue this fall in 2025 they came same day and repaired it as per warranty without any additional cost. We also had kitchen sink and two faucets replaced this year and they did great work in affordable price and on time. Dealing with family plumbing feel like real honest people still exist. Thank you for great service.
