We hired Family Plumbing to look after a few small jobs and were extremely impressed. From the original call to the completion of work, everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. Owen was our plumber, he arrived on time and was excellent to work with. We reviewed the jobs with him and he gave us a thorough explanation and price range. He completed all jobs in a very timely manner including clean up and the final price was less than we expected.
We highly recommend Family Plumbing and they will be our only call next time we need any plumbing work done!!!

Very quick and professional. My new furnace install was quick and painless. Everyone was so easy to deal with. Thanks to the office staff, the repairman that came out to diagnose my furnace and finally the guys that did the furnace install. Thanks all for the good work.

My furnace was oscillating and shaking our whole house one day. Had your guys come out, they took the blower fan right out, looked into a replacement, explained everything in great detail with my 25 year old furnace really just needed to be replaced. We did extensive research and got 3 quotes for replacement. Family pluming was by far the best bang for your buck with a quality furnace. They came 9AM one morning last week and were done by 4PM. They left the area clean, no mess, works great and could not be more happy with the outcome!

He made us feel part of the process of replacing the bathroom faucet and drain hoses. His recommendations really helped us in regards to what we should replace. He came in a timely manner and was quick, clean the area after and was efficient! Highly recommend for your more household needs!

I had a very good experience with family plumbing and heating. They were very professional and accommodating with me. They came to diagnose my furnace issues and were transparent with the part pricing direct from the supplier. They helped make my decision to replace the furnace instead of spending a crazy amount just to repair an almost 20 year old furnace. That same day I had them come out and carefully explain my options and provide me with a quote. Within 2 days I had a brand new furnace installed and had multiple members of the team patiently walk me through the process every step of the way. Most impressively they obliged to my many questions and requests and assured me they will be there for me if anything should happen. I can’t say enough about how great they were with customer service and very competitive pricing! You’ve established a customer for life! Thanks guys!

Good people, honest, professional and know their work so well. We installed new furnance last year in 2024, great service provided, well installed, when there was isuue this fall in 2025 they came same day and repaired it as per warranty without any additional cost. We also had kitchen sink and two faucets replaced this year and they did great work in affordable price and on time. Dealing with family plumbing feel like real honest people still exist. Thank you for great service.
