With all the rain we’ve had, my old sump pump died. Riley came out today, right on time, and installed a new one that works great. He was super professional, polite & friendly. He did an inspection of all my other plumbing/gaswork stuff & helped me prioritize what to take care of next. I would definitely recommend this company, they are awesome!

Mohamed S. deserves all of the praise. Our house flooded (twice) and we couldn’t find the source of the overflow. We called and by the next morning Mo was here. He went above and beyond our expectations. He showed up in the midst of chaos and offered his insight. We truly appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. We cannot thank him enough. He did a fantastic job. The gentlemen pros will be who we call whenever we are in need.

Huge thank you to Conrad, Danny, and Spencer at the gentlemen pros for taking care of us! We had some complex plumbing issues over the last few months that required ordering unique parts, coordinating with the city for a water shut off, and installing a new (functional) drain on a previous owner DIY japanese soaker tub install that had some, let us say, "issues".
Conrad in particular was a great communicator, professional, endlessly patient with our questions and came up with clever solutions to solve our particular problems. He led a great team in doing a lot of work to make our home livable again. We hope we get to work with him again soon (but not too soon, fingers crossed we don't have any plumbing or electrical problems that need the help of pros in the near future)
We can't recommend the Gentlemen Pros enough (especially Conrad, Danny and Spencer!) and we will absolutely be using their services again. They always treat us like gold.

Danny was fantastic to work with! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had my kitchen sink draining perfectly again in no time. He also performed a camera inspection and provided helpful maintenance advice.
This was honestly one of the best experiences I've had with a service professional, and Danny deserves recognition for the excellent job he did.
My only concern was the price. While I approved the work beforehand, I was surprised by the final cost for the service performed. The quality of work was excellent, but the pricing felt significantly higher than I expected for a kitchen sink clog cleared through an existing cleanout.
That said, I would absolutely recommend Danny based on his professionalism, expertise, and customer service. He made what could have been a stressful situation very easy to deal with.

After posting my review, Beth from customer care reached out personally to discuss my concerns. She took the time to review my file, listen to my feedback, and offered a goodwill adjustment, which I greatly appreciated.
I was very impressed with the follow-up and the genuine effort to ensure I was happy with my experience. For that reason, I’ve updated my review to 5 stars.

We've had a nightmare of an experience with a previous plumber doing a Poly B replacement, I was reviewing Google reviews on the Gentleman Pros and reached out to Beth and see if they could help out. From that initial contact with Beth I felt confident in this decision, she was knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions and let me know she would follow up at each step of this process to ensure my satisfaction.
Richard came out to inspect the work of the previous plumber and after spending over an hour doing his inspection he walked us through his assessment.
We're confident in the Gentleman Pro's enough to move ahead with the quote they provided us to conduct the repairs.

Completed a walkthrough of the job before they started, left them to do their thing. I'm so impressed with the efficiency and quality of work of this company.
Once they had finished all the work Conrad requested we do a walkthrough so he could explain everything, he took the time to make sure I understood and made sure I was satisfied.
It's very apparent to me from these two interactions with 3 employees of Gentleman Pros that they are proud to work for this company and take pride individually of their quality of work.
We've recommended them to a friend of ours and not surprised to hear of a positive experience.

Conrad was excellent. He was professional, detail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in his work. He explained everything clearly and gave me confidence in the decisions we were making during the reno. He is the reason I chose this company, and I would absolutely use them again because of him.
