I've been using Lambert Plumbing & Heating for the better part of a decade now and they've been nothing but professional and reliable. From regular service calls to repair my finicky heating system to re-piping my entire house due to leaking poly-b pipes, Lambert has always been there where other service providers wouldn't. Most recently Nick came to replace my old hot water tank and got it done fast and efficiently. He was upfront about an additional necessary cost, which I happily accepted, and was open to answering my questions about future opportunities to replace old heating infrastructure. Excellent service all around; I'll likely continue using Lambert for future servicing needs.

I recently had a water leak emergency and Lambert Plumbing & Heating, Ltd was fantastic. This was my very first time hiring a contractor, and I was quite nervous about the process. I want to express my sincere thanks for the professionalism and transparency of Brandon Luong. He took the time to openly explain the potential sources of the problems and exactly what was needed to fix them, which was a huge relief. I’ll definitely be calling them whenever I have an issue related to plumbing or heating.

We’ve been using Lambert Plumbing and Heating for all our plumbing and HVAC needs for many years , and the experience has been consistently excellent. No matter which technician attending the service call, they are always courteous, professional, and act with integrity. The reliability and quality of service over so many years is why we continue to trust Lambert with our home.
Case in point, we had our gas boiler serviced today by Jun on a maintenance call, and the experience was excellent. Jun was professional, friendly, and took the time to patiently answer all of our questions about the unit and safety concerns. His attention to detail really stood out — he was efficient and meticulous in inspecting the boiler and took care to cleaning not just the unit itself but the entire service area. He was honest and didn't try to upsell or made some problem up needing a solution. Last but not least, there were no surprises when it came to paying the bill: no hidden charges or attempt to wiggle out of the promised 50% off promotion. Highly recommend Lambert and truly appreciate Jun’s service.

Nick serviced my fireplace unit and provided a step-by-step explanation to how the unit functioned. Very professional and kind. Took great care when cleaning and arranging (picture below) - fireplace left in much better condition that it started! Would highly recommend Lambert and Nick, especially, to anyone who needs fireplace servicing!

Our new combination heating system gone wrong in just three months after the installation by the first heating company, Lambert and their technician Kevin Yang quickly come to the rescue. Kevin was very detailed and professional, highly recommend him and Lambert.
