Ok... Where I come from, it can take weeks to get a plumber, if you can get one at all! But here in Kitchener, at my daughter's place, I called DrainTech Plumbing at 11:26 AM, and an appointment was made for the 1:00 to 3:00 time slot, and they were here and done by 5 minutes to 1:00! Amazing!
They cleared a stubborn blockage that caused a mess in the basement laundry tub and a smelly backup into the kitchen sink upstairs! They even took time to install a handy access point in the pipeline! And patiently answered all my questions! All before they were even supposed to be there! Awesome!
Not only were they timely, efficient, and professional, one of them even backed his way up the basement stairs, wiping them off when they were done... leaving no trace that they had been there, except a clean laundry tub that drains incredibly fast!

I called DrainTech Plumbing for an issue with my kitchen sink drain.
I was pleased that I could still phone and get a human on the other end and was able to get a quote quickly and able to book an appointment right away to get my issue resolved.
I was also pleasantly surprised that the plumbing technician was able to provide the option of coming to the appointment ahead of schedule. This saved me some time.
He arrived and completed the job, very professionally and expeditiously.
I was also able to save on the quoted price by being able to provide some of the replacement parts myself.
Overall it was a very positive experience and would very easily call on DrainTech again for any future plumbing tasks
