We can't thank the staff of Pulpit Plumbing enough for their ongoing service and support. We sustained flood damage on two occasions in our newly built home. Harry, our fantastic plumber, was diligent, detailed and worked efficiently to find the source of the issues, provide repairs, and coordinate with the city inspector. He arrived daily with a smile and a good sense of humour and a plan to make sure our plumbing was to code and added additional safety measures including a Moen Flow water leak system. Shelby, at the Pulpit office, is exceptionally helpful, organized, and always so kind. A flood is so stressful, you need a team that is responsive and ready to help. The Pulpit team went well above and beyond for us! Highly recommend!

Having a leak is always stressful, but dealing with Pulpit made it stress-free! John was great to talk to—very professional and excellent at communicating to get someone out quickly. David came out to fix our pressure tank and a couple of leaks; he was friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend!

Harry and the Pulpit plumbing team were great! Harry came in to replace a section of our copper plumbing and he had noticed our hot water tank had a slight leak. He went the extra mile and found out from the hot water tank supplier that our tank was under warranty. Harry and the team came with the replacement tank and replaced the tank very quickly. Harry has helped with other plumbing jobs and he is always very helpful and informative. Thank you, 10/10 service.
