Joey S. and his partner did an excellent job installing our new hot water tank. They were professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about both their work and the product they installed. They took great care when bringing the new tank into our home and removing the old one, ensuring everything was handled safely and carefully.
They responded to our call promptly, arrived on time, and completed the installation efficiently. Throughout the process, they were kind, respectful, and happy to answer our questions. We were very impressed with their workmanship and customer service. We highly recommend Joey S. and his partner to anyone needing plumbing services!

Joey from Kingstree Plumbing was fantastic from start to finish.
The communication was outstanding. They gave me a clear arrival window and Joey personally confirmed when he’d be there. He showed up right on time.
He was very professional and honest. He first tried to fix our leaking tankless water heater, but unfortunately the heat exchanger was done. He clearly explained two replacement options with no pressure at all. I chose the Rinnai after quickly doing a bit of research.
The previous installer’s piping work was quite poor. Joey went above and beyond, treating our home like his own. He took his time and did extremely clean, professional work on all the new lines. I was genuinely in awe when I compared the before and after. The difference in quality was night and day.
He cleaned up perfectly after the job and I was incredibly grateful that our hot water was back in working order on the same day when we really needed it.
Joey is an outstanding technician and I am extremely happy with his work.
Kingstree Plumbing has earned me as customers for life.

Our experience with the service side of this company was excellent. Booking an appointment was easy, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout the process. Alan, the plumber who came to our home, was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely great to work with. He exceeded our expectations and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
The only reason we are not giving five stars is the flat-rate pricing system. While the quality of service was very high, the total cost felt quite expensive for the time involved. We would prefer a more traditional hourly rate with parts listed separately for greater transparency.
That said, because the service and professionalism were so strong, we would likely use them again.

We had a lovely mess after our food disposer detached itself from under the sink, after a plastic soup ladle managed to find its way into its hole. King’s Tree Plumbing dispatched Dane Koop to install a Y clean out, a p-trap and an adapter for the discharge of the garburator. He was exceptionally professional, clean & tidy. And had a great sense of humour. Would definitely recommend Dane and Tree Plumbing again.
