I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Mr. David, from Trans Canada Drain, and I wanted to share my positive experience. I had contacted him regarding a concerning leaking sound in my basement. Mr. David was incredibly kind and responsive, coming to my home to assess the situation promptly. After a thorough examination, he honestly informed me that the issue was not related to my plumbing system, but rather originated outside of my building's responsibility zone, likely a city issue. What impressed me most was his integrity – he could have easily performed unnecessary work, but instead, he was upfront and advised me to contact the city. Not only that, but he didn't charge me a dime for the visit. Mr. David was friendly, helpful, and incredibly honest throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a trustworthy plumber.
True to his words the city found the water leak in the main pipe on the street.

Trans canada Drain is fraudulently using a wrong address as their place of business. They have refused to correct it even after numerous requests. The address that they are using is my private home and has no association with this company.
