The team at Weathermakers is amazing!! Right from the first experience calling into Adrianna ( who has the best line answering the phones) to the amazing journeyman John who was quick, efficient, helped me get the furnace going and took the time to EXPLAIN the issue and what to look for! Great service, fair cost and amazing team!! Thank you!!

John from Weathermakers, got out of bed at 3:30 in the morning to come and replace the sump pump in my basement. I was desperate, as the water was at the brink, ready to overflow into my fully finished basement! I was frantically keeping it at bay with a shopvac and dumping that into the toilet.
Everywhere else I called did not have 24 hour service, as they claimed on their websites, they all said they couldn't come until after 8 am, the start of their business hours. That is false advertising!
So I'm very pleased that someone lives up to their claims of 24 hour service, and John was very pleasant and had things in order very quickly. 5 stars for this business!

Our furnace heater was broken last night. I called several companies but either no one is available or no one answered. Luckily, i found WeatherMakers on google, and after an hour Richard came to see and check. Got it fix first thing in the morning. Very helpful and convenient despite this weather. Thank you, appreciate Richard.

I called weathermakers at Saturday at 12:30 am as my furnace stopped working. I asked when I would hear from somone, I was told that she didn't know, it will depend if they pick up the message.
I waited until 2am. Still no call back. I called again and finally somone called me back. He asked if I wanted him to.come now. I said I have no furnace and it is freezing so i said yes. He said it will cost me $89 for the service call. He then asked what the make of my furnace was, he said we dont have parts for that furnace and it will have to be ordered. I told him to.come at 9am, which he did. He looked at the furnace and said he would have to call a company and get them to.open up to.get the part. He had his phone on speaker, so i heard the phone message up until the part where said what the cost of opening up to get the part would be. Just at that moment he took it off speaker, which i find suspicious! So I could not hear what the fee was that they were charging. He told me if I wanted it fixed today, I would have to pay an additional $200 for the blower/fan for my furnace or i could wait until Monday to save the $200. How can they say the offer 24/7 service if they may ot may not pick up the call.as per the call center? This is the second time in a year that this has happened, the first time, no one ever did call me back . I felt like i had no choice as my house was freezing so.i had to pay extra for a part to fix the furnace. This felt like blackmail or a ransom! How do I know that the part wasn't in the truck already and this was just a scam to charge me more.??? With no choice I paid the additional $200, after my membership discount of 20% I was left with a bill of a few dollars short of $2000 for a fan/blower. As a senior. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I searched to see the cost of the blower/fan for my type of furnace, it said between $200- $800 for the part. Weathermakers charged $1500 plus additional $200 because it was a weekend!
I am pleased to say that Weathermakers and I have come to a mutual agreement regarding this matter and we wre both satisfied with the outcome!

Chris did an outstanding job with the yearly maintenance on our two furnaces. He explained what he was doing and answered all our questions in detail. He replaced and sold us some additional filters. He also helped us arrange for duct cleaning. Chris was very professional, friendly and respectful. We have complete confidence with the service he provided and will definitely request him for our future maintenance and service needs. Thank you! Denise and Nicole
