Have used Dean's multiple times. Good work, good price. Unfortunately a little hard to get a hold of sometimes, but that seems to be par for the course in Cranbrook.

Have had them do work for us a few times. This time wanted to hire to heating needs. Initially the responded and then just instantly ghosted us and absolutely refused to respond to any communication

Reached out to get an estimate. The guy I spoke with asked me to provide details and said he would call me back same day. I understand people get busy so when I didn’t hear back I followed up two weeks later and still heard nothing back. No communication about being too busy or referring me elsewhere.

Deans plumbing is the best, they hooked up everything on my manufactured home in the dead of winter, they were crawling on the cold ground to set up the gas and water lines, amazing service!

Can't comment on their work because they came to give me a quote but then just ghosted me and didnt have the respect to say I'm too busy or not interested. Told me he would get back to me within a week or so, so I waited, contacted them again and nothing.
