Came the same day, our hot water tank was leaking in our finished basement. As expected it needed to be replaced and they were able to come that evening and replace it. We were very impressed by their service and would definitely use them again. Thank you!

I had a hot water tank issue, with no hot water. Called Superior Plumbing and they were here the next day. Explained the issue and installed a new water heater the next morning. End result they are very reliable and all the technicians and the installers of the new water heater were very helpful and explained in detail what they did. Excellent and friendly service. Well done, thank you Superior.

Called them for an emergency (leaking pipe). Their quick response was much appreciated. Cedric did the repairs. A man of few words but ultimate efficiency and professionalism - exactly what you want. Top notch work, and left the place cleaner than when he arrived. A deserved 5 stars.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Currently going through insurance to rectify a 25k blunder on their part. Superior plumbing sent out a tech that illegally installed a gas hot water tank with pex lines coming direct from the tank. Less than 2mths later the lines blew and caused a massive flood to the whole lower level of my home. In short - their response to how they were going to rectify was deny, deny, deny. Had to attend their main office in Mississauga because they quit answering my calls. After giving me the runaround my husband attended and they outright lied about their identities. These guys are scammers. Avoid them at all cost! They will take your money and not honour their work, but rather seek any opportunity they can to avoid accountability. Steve is about as shady as they come. Full insurance report received. Next step - report to technical standards safety authority in hopes these guys can’t do this to someone else. Please, please, save your money and don’t make the same mistake I did. Hire a reputable company!
