Richard is an affable and knowledgeable plumbing and heating technician. We have used him with confidence for several years and despite a couple of hiccups with parts delivery delays, we highly recommend this company.

A very good technician. Tested all aspects of boiler and recommended several parts to be replaced. I was very pleased at this point. However, when I received the estimate for the replacement of the parts I was shocked at their upcharge - 340%. This is over 10 times a normal upcharge. By my calculation he would be making $1000 per hour. Needless to say I found another plumber to do the work.

This company certainly goes over-and-above with their attention to detail and high quality of service.
My circumstances were unusual. I was leasing a business space from an exceedingly difficult landlord. The criteria that would enable me to remain at this location was very narrow in its perametres, but this company thought outside the box and came up with a brilliant solution.
A couple weeks in, we realized the unit installed was defective and Seebachers swiftly resolved the problem and immediately replaced the unit. All is working perfectly now and has been for several months.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone!
