Geo-Teck has taken care of my gas fireplace, generator , furnace and 2 AC units for many years. I am very satisfied with their service. AJ was at my home yesterday for regular maintenance, as per the ESP program. He did an excellent job, took the time to answer my questions and left absolutely no mess inside or outside my house. 2 new toilets installed. A very happy customer. So impressed with Geo Tech. Staff were efficient, arrived on time, pleasant to work with. Fixed two tricky surprises on the spot. Space was left clean and tidy. And an extra star goes to Jeff who boosted my car in -17 degree weather. Highly recommend Geo Tech.

I would have given them zero stars
We had them install a furnace and central air unit two years ago. We thought everything was fine until this past month when we noticed a puddle beside the furnace,and the floor was damaged
We had a service call where we were told the unit just needed to be cleaned and we should change our filters more often. We had to call back for another service call because the furnace was still leaking It was discovered by this technician that the first three threads on the coil drain were stripped and no t tape on old drain
The technician fixed it and the floor dried up the problem is no longer progressing. We received the invoice and I called to see if this is a common problem or was it something we should keep a watch for
The secretary said she would investigate and get back to us and when she did we were told that we wouldn’t have to pay that invoice. So they took responsibility for the leak. And it was during the installation that the threads were stripped so this issue was going on for two years and cause damage to the floor I then questioned who would pay to fix the floor that was ruined because of this leak.
It a couple weeks for a response but we were told the damage was not from the leak it was coming from the bathroom behind the furnace. The damage has not progressed since the technician came and fixed the problem. Because of this company we now have to replace the floor in front of the furnace that the company obviously took responsibility for when they said we didn’t have to pay the invoice. So they take responsibility for the leaky furnace but not for the damage the leak caused. Save your money and call another company.

We just completed a renovation and we couldn’t be happier in having worked with Geo-Teck. We’ve had many building projects over the years, and they are hands-down the best. Everything was done on time and for the price quoted……no surprises!

I wanted to rate this company even though they didn’t receive my business. Upon contacting them Steve Denomme contacted me and provided a timely detailed quotation for a new furnace and central air. I would not hesitate to use their services in future for other products.
They made a good effort unlike the primary furnace dealer in Exeter that couldn’t be bothered to drive 15 minutes, provide a qotation and was unresponsive for a period of over 5 months.
