I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Plumbs Up. From the very first phone call to the completion of the work, the entire experience was outstanding. Booking was easy, and I appreciated the follow-up emails and text messages that kept me informed every step of the way.
Tyler was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to talk to. He took the time to explain my options, provided several quotes based on my needs, and never made me feel pressured. I was able to choose the solutions that worked best for me.
He completed several plumbing jobs in my home, including replacing the mixing valve on my water heater (no more cold showers, it's nice and hot now), installing a new valve and Moen shower head in my bathroom, hooking up my new kitchen sink and faucet, and installing a reverse osmosis system so I could finally get rid of those bulky water bottles. Everything works perfectly.
The quality of Tyler's work was excellent, and everything was completed in a timely manner. He left my home spotless when he was finished and even wore protective shoe covers to keep dirt from being tracked inside, which I really appreciated.
I'm extremely happy with Tyler and the entire team at Plumbs Up, and I've already recommended them to family members who need plumbing work done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional, top-quality plumbing service.

Plumbs Up was recommended to me by a trusted tradesman. The admin person who responded to me was very responsive and booked a time for our repair. Since we live in an old home, the job was going to be complicated, but our plumber Ross was awesome. He was friendly and professional and his recommendations were excellent. Our plumbing was fixed in a timely fashion and we are very pleased with the improvemented system.

It was such a pleasure meeting Ross. We had a clogged drain. He walked us through our options and then carried out the service professionally. When he had finished he patiently answered our questions and told us the next steps.
This is our second time requesting Plumbs Up's services. The first time we met with Ryan who was also very pleasant and knowledgeable. He provided us with a quote for the work we wanted done, and though we didn't proceed, he left such a great impression that Plumbs Up was first on our mind when this recent issue came up.
