Receiver was rude as hell. First thing in the morning nobody needs it. Not much room in the back dock area for trucks, so 2 or more trucks is KAOS. No help on giving direction, but you'll hear about it when they don't like your choice. Some people need to find something else to do when they hate their jobs that much. Just my observation and opinion.

We overlooked a few carriers that were giving us flat rates to go with CSA as past experiences were good when I was with another company. We asked to set up a new account, we sent over the credit app, apparently that process takes weeks and they wanted for us to pre pay. Sure!
The original rate that that was quoted, changed once because of weight, than it changed again because it was reweighed at the facility. Than the load apparently didn't clear customs, no one from their team advised anyone for 3 days when we asked for an update. We were then told, they had to send a box truck to remove our pallet and their will be additional charges. There was an issue with the load but it would have been nice for someone to communicate that to us, no apologies.
In the mean time, they have not filled out our carrier on-boarding we do with new carriers via MCP after multiple attempts. I then sent them a broker carrier agreement, their team is apparently still reviewing the carrier package. Our account manager hasn't responded so we have no updates on our shipment.

We have been working with CSA for the past few years with little to no issues. However, over the past two to three months, we have encountered numerous problems, including damaged shipments, excessive and unjustifiable charges without prior notice, a lack of accountability, and poor customer service.
I’m not sure what has changed within their company recently, but one thing is certain, we will no longer continue working with such an unreliable and untrustworthy company.
They have truly redefined the concept of highway robbery!

A more than disappointing experience. Notwithstanding the delivery and cross border fees, I paid an extra $35 for tailgate service, which was fine, but was later hit with an unexpected $75 charge for ‘pushing’ the skid into my bay. I have never been charged this kind of fee, in 20 years of business. The skid was only an inch from the bay door, with the street just outside, making it impossible to leave it there as it obstructs traffic. The skid actually moved further INSIDE the truck than it did outside. I abhor uncommunicated and unreasonable “fees” like this, it is very deceptive. I will not be using their services again.

Horrible experience with this company completely damaging a crate in transport and not saying anything about it and leaving us to go after them for the damages. First picture is how it was shipped. Second picture is how it was received. BEWARE
