I had an excellent experience with S.T.D. Débouchage. From the very first contact, everything was smooth and efficient—they were able to offer me an appointment within 48 hours, which I really appreciated.
Anthony, the plumber, was outstanding. He called about 30 minutes before arriving to make sure the timing still worked for me, which was a thoughtful and professional touch. Once on-site, the service was top-notch. He was highly knowledgeable and explained everything in clear, simple terms that were easy to understand. He walked me through each step of the process and worked efficiently, making the most of his time while unclogging my downstairs sink drains.
What really stood out was his professionalism—no unnecessary upselling, no wasted time, just focused, high-quality work delivered in a friendly and approachable manner.
Anthony was accompanied by his helper, Emile, who was equally impressive. Emile was attentive, courteous, and clearly eager to learn. He followed instructions closely and proactively stepped in to assist whenever needed.

Anthony came to do a big job at our new house.
He pulled out a huge chain that was stuck in a drain and tried to unclog a pipe, but it was clear that it would probably be better to call a plumber.
Ultimately, we had to call a plumber, and not all plumbers do this kind of work, so Anthony gave me a list of four plumbers he knows who could help me with my problem.
The guy was super hardworking and friendly.
I wouldn't wish this kind of service on anyone because it costs an arm and a leg, but when you have no other choice, I highly recommend calling Anthony.

I highly recommend STD. I spoke to someone three hours after my call, and the prices and payment methods were clearly explained. The service was courteous; the technician knew what he was doing and cleaned everything thoroughly—you can't even tell he'd been there.
I saw proof with the camera that my pipe was unblocked.
I am 100% satisfied. Anthony came; he was very professional, reassuring, and did a great, respectful job. Thank you.

We engaged the services of this company for an exterior drain that was blocked. I am giving 5 stars for everything related with our experience with this company: punctuality, honesty, professionalism (after the drain was thoroughly cleaned, they went over and beyond checking other drains as well) and a very good attitude towards us, the clients. They even provided us good advice about how to avoid, or at least minimize, this kind of problems in the future. Sincerely recommending it.
