I had a leaking and broken faucet in my washroom, and George and Cedric from Preferred Plumbing came to inspect and resolve the issue. They were very thorough, took their time to properly assess the problem, and used advanced equipment to identify the cause.

I was extremely satisfied with their service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend George and Cedric and Preferred Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing assistance!

I only contacted this place because I saw the great reviews and the "honest" pricing. My son flushed down his toy and I got a quote for $1,500 but part of it was for a valve change which I asked not to be done so it ended up being close to $750 plus tax. Funny enough I did tell him at the beginning that I had assumed this would be a $300 job and he told me "where did you get that idea"? When the job was done I learned that it was only stuck within the toilet itself. I told him that perhaps since the job is easier I should be charged less. I actually looked it up once I realized what the job was and the average price should be $150 to 300. He was not willing to adjust the price because he said I'd already signed a contract. He said I could have called another plumber. I have informed Ontario consumer protection already but be aware.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Preferred Plumbing Solutions, Inc. Ralphie, Jeremy and Gabriel all highly professional, personable, kind and open. Within hours of calling them after a flood in my basement, they had had conducted a careful inspection, presented me with my various options and installed my new sump pump with a great deal of care and skill. Very happy with the work performed and with their honest, clear and respectful demeanor. I will be using their services again as needed.

What can I say about George and Gavi? They are true professionals, with an obsession to detail and perfection. They explained every step and every decision.

When I lived in Forest Hill, I had a full house renovation. I wish I had these guys back then. I will break down why I can recommend them without reservation:

(1) What they promise, they deliver.
(2) They will show up when they say.
(3) They are not satisfied unless they have it perfect.
(4) They do not try to oversell.
(5) They clean up the renovation...and that is not their job.
(5) They are pleasant to have in the house–-I know that is not a selling point…but it means something to me. The next point is similar.
(6) My wife is thrilled with thei work.
(7) The work will get done and you will not be disappointed.

I recommend them without reservation. My next project that needs to be done, must be done before they retire.

I don’t ever think I have said to someone that has worked in my home, “ I love you guys.”

I have had so many ups and downs with people working in my home. These guys are artists. Thank you guys.
