Graham was really helpful in the lead up and answered every question we had before the job started. Jason and his crew came out and got straight to work. Really clean and professional throughout. Gage patched the drywall and it looked great. Urban Piping is a well run operation and it shows in everything they do.

Our poly b replacement in Vancouver was a big job across multiple units and Urban Piping handled it really well. Graham coordinated everything from the top and was always easy to reach. Jason managed the install across all the units and his crew was professional and hard working throughout. Gage and his drywall team came through at the end and the finish work was excellent. Really impressive company that clearly knows how to handle a complex job.

We chose Urban Piping after a recommendation from our realtor and the experience was everything we were told it would be. Graham was fantastic on the phone and really easy to deal with throughout. Jason led the install crew in Vancouver and those guys were professional and efficient. Gage finished the drywall and the result was really clean and impressive. Really well run company.

It has now been four months since the Urban Piping team completed the Poly‑B replacement in my 3,600 sq. ft. home in Vancouver. Job was done in late August 2025 to early September 2025. I intentionally waited before writing this review so I could provide a fair assessment and see whether any leaks or issues would appear over time. Throughout the project, I took notes and photos each day to document the process.

To start, Graham, the owner, is excellent to deal with. He’s straightforward, responsive, and clearly cares about his business. That said, for larger projects like mine, Urban Piping would benefit from having dedicated Project Managers to oversee job sites and ensure all work aligns with the agreed‑upon scope. In my case, I essentially had to act as my own Project Manager and follow up with Mark whenever something was missed. I also tried not to contact Graham directly, knowing he was juggling multiple job sites at once.

On the first day, a crew of about five arrived with their tools and PEX‑A piping. The work began quickly, with the younger team members handling prep work—taping and laying down plastic—while the more experienced technicians focused on removing the Poly‑B and installing the new PEX‑A. However, one issue did arise: a crew member, Ben, left garbage from a previous job behind my garage. He said he would return to pick it up, but a week passed with no action. Only after I raised the concern with Graham was a junk removal truck sent to clear it.

Another oversight was that the technicians did not replace the valves in the kitchens, laundry room, and bathrooms during the initial pipe replacement, even though this was part of the agreed‑upon scope. As a result, both Ben and Graham had to return a couple of days later to complete that portion of the work. While they did address it promptly once notified, this is another example of why a dedicated Project Manager would help ensure nothing is missed the first time.

Urban Piping also needs to invest in a proper cleanup crew. In our case, my wife and I spent an entire day cleaning drywall dust that had settled throughout the house and vacuuming all the floors and carpets. Considering the scale of the project and the price we paid, I expected a much more thorough post‑job cleanup from Urban Piping.

Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of the work and the final result. The piping replacement itself was done well, and I haven’t experienced any issues since. *fingers crossed* Still, the experience could have been smoother if Urban Piping had a dedicated Project Manager ensuring all items in the agreement were completed without the homeowner needing to follow up. I also had to request and wait for the Certificate of Remediation and the final invoice. This is something I wish their admin team would send automatically once payment is made.

I would have rated Urban Piping five stars if it weren’t for the missed items in the agreement, the leftover garbage from a previous job, the post‑work cleanup I had to handle myself, and the multiple follow‑ups required to ensure everything was completed. Hopefully my feedback will help Urban Piping, Graham, and his crew improve the experience for future customers.

My advice to future customers: read your agreement carefully and make sure you understand exactly what will be replaced during the process. With a bit more structure on the project‑management side, Urban Piping could elevate an already solid service into an exceptional one.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Urban piping for my recent plumbing needs! They were true to their word every step of the way, which I really appreciated. Not only did they stick to their commitment, but the quality of their work was outstanding. They clearly know their stuff and took the time to do the job right. Gram and Ben were both great guys to deal with – professional, friendly, and just genuinely good people. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them to all my friends and family for any plumbing needs. Thanks, Gram for a job well done!
