Excellent service from start to finish. Art and his crew replaced my sanitary service line from the vertical stack underneath the entire length of my basement - a complex job completed on time and on budget. From initial meeting for estimate to completion of the job, Art communicated project schedule, timeline and details of the work. The crew were a pleasure to deal with - polite and professional. Would highly recommend!

Summit Drains and Plumbing replaced all of the old cast iron drains in our c1949 Alta Vista house in early November. From main stack in rear of house across entire width of basement and out to join city sewer lateral in front yard, including all of the secondary lines from kitchen and bathrooms. They also installed a new sump pump in the cold room under our concrete front steps to carry away water from the weeping tile system. Their quote was competitive. They were more creative than their competitors, work to their own very high standards, and found ways to save us money and avoid unnecessary destruction. It was a big job. Front yard dug up, interlock walk displaced. The work was done quickly and efficiently with some important upgrades included. The process is unavoidably messy but they cleaned up carefully and left us in good shape to begin restoration of living spaces downstairs. Art is a very good manager. Good communication. The team is small, friendly, and productive. They get along very well together - they rarely stop. We couldn’t be happier and we would not hesitate to recommend this company for any kind of similar work.

What can I say, these guys are amazing! We had another plumber snake our kitchen drain cleanout and he discovered that the line was blocked with grease or had collapsed. After waiting two days for a quote from them we called Summit Drain as they specialize in sewer and drain line replacement (and their pricing is upfront on their website). Artiom came and provided a quote that day for the two options we were considering (replacing the kitchen drain line or full drain line replacement under the basement floor).
After we applied for building permits, Summit took care of all the rest. The full replacement was a week start to finish, removing 25 feet or so of cast iron pipe under the basement floor, installing new PVC and ABS pipe, clean outs, a backwater valve, and replacing the cast iron sanitary stack. The backwater valve and sanitary stack weren’t included in the original quote but Art added them at no extra charge. I always felt that we were in good hands working with Summit. They were honest, professional, and committed to doing things right.
