I contacted Service Master for work in my crawl space and was told that they have time for new clients and they would get back to me with a quote ASAP. It's been about a month, and they have not gotten back to me and will not return my messages.

I found sewer water in the basement and called my insurance company. Soon afterwards, I received a call from Mike at Service Master North Bay. In less than an hour, Mike was in the basement assessing the damage and creating a plan. Mike was very professional and clearly explained the process - how they would help, options etc. Later that same day, Jay and Scott arrived, as did the plumber, who identified and rectified the issue.
Jay and Scott worked feverishly, and before leaving the next day, the flooring, sub flooring and were all gone and industrial dehumidifiers were stationed strategically. The floors were bleached, and cleaning was done where required.
Definitely a first class team - friends in a time of need!

We had our basement flood in the middle of the night. We called service master and they made it a priority to get to us and mitigate as much damage as possible. We want to give our appreciation to Adam and his team. They were a great company to work with and we value the level of work that was completed and the professionalism of the entire team!! 10/10 would recommend and use you in the future( although we hope we wouldn’t need that again! Haha)

I used Service Master- North Bay last week to help me clean up some flooding in my basement. James came promptly and went above and beyond to help me. Service Master provided excellent customer service and quick help to make me feel better about my flooding situation.
