We recently hired Igor at AquaLux Draining and Plumbing to repair a damaged sewage pipe, and the service and communication was excellent from start to finish. In fact, this is the second time we hired him to complete a major project, the first being five years ago to redirect the drain for our sump pump in our basement. Igor is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain the problem and the repair options clearly. The work was completed efficiently, and the site was left clean and tidy afterward.
What impressed us most was his prompt response, and commitment to doing the job right. His pricing was transparent with no unexpected charges.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing sewage pipe repairs or other drain plumbing services. Igor is a reliable, honest, and highly skilled professional.
