Todd was brought in to help with a new pump/ pressure system installation and diagnosed a footvalve problem for our 44 year old shallow well system. Of course it was Friday afternoon when the issue was determined and no one carries a 44 yr old foot valve in stock. Todd worked magic and got together a replacement in just 4 days ( it could have taken weeks for a new one to arrive) and his crew installed new valve, piping and fittings in one morning after 4 days of intermittent water. We now have great pressure and reliable water supply. Todd & his crew were friendly and hardworking. Thank you Todd & Co. Highly recommend Highland Plumbing!

Left a mother and two small children with no water, promise that they were coming back the next day so she didn't make arrangements with somebody else, had somebody wait all day for them just to find out know they weren't coming but could come if she paid an emergency fee. Absolutely disgraceful, now her and the two kids have to wait 5 days because of a holiday. Once again absolutely disgraceful

I would highly recommend Highland Plumbing. Todd was quick to respond to our inquiry. He arrived promptly for the appointment and did a fantastic job of replacing our sink. He was very professional and also really friendly which helped enhance our experience. We will definitely be using Highland Plumbing in the future.
