Needed some work done after we discovered some unexpected flooding in a new home we were moving in to. Service was incredibly helpful, especially as a first time home buyer. Everything was explained to me and I got to learn about how my home was working and understand what was going on with our pipes. We got some scoping of our drains done and everything was shown and explained to me which I really appreciated. Additionally, what we thought was going to be a simple fix turned out to need a more involved solution that we were able to address the same day. At no point was I ever in a position where I felt like I was going to be left without answers or a fix, and now I feel much more confident about the plumbing in our house. Will be recommending to anyone I know in the area in need of a plumber.

We had a stressful situation with our tub faucet. We turned the water on and then couldn’t turn it off. My husband tried taking the faucet apart but couldn’t figure out the issue so we knew we needed a plumber fast.
I expected to call multiple places and get answering machines, but when I called MTAC, I spoke to someone right away. Not only that, he was able to come out within 30 minutes — on a Friday, no less.
Within an hour, the problem was completely fixed. He was very kind, upfront about costs both on the phone and in person, and explained best-case and worst-case scenarios so I knew exactly what to expect. He spoke to me in a way that made me feel included in the process, which I really appreciated.
He fixed the issue quickly, left no mess behind, and was extremely courteous and professional.
I would absolutely recommend MTAC to anyone needing plumbing work done.

We are extremely happy with the service we received from MTAC Plumbing. They helped us resolve issues with both our sump pump and low water pressure, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Anthony was very accommodating and patient in answering all of our questions, taking the time to properly explain what was going on and what needed to be done. His diagnostic skills were excellent, and he quickly identified the root causes of the issues.
The repairs were done efficiently and professionally, with no unnecessary delays. Anthony’s knowledge and expertise were very evident, and we truly appreciated his honest and straightforward approach. It gave us peace of mind knowing the work was done correctly. They are exceptional professionals—highly skilled, excellent communicators, and incredibly efficient with technology, whether it’s through text, email, or prompt invoicing. Their detailed work descriptions and thorough documentation have been invaluable as a landlord, ensuring I always have a clear record of the work completed on my properties.
I’m especially grateful for Marcus, who has consistently provided top-tier service, and I recently had the pleasure of working with Anthony, who replaced a kitchen tap. He was competent, proactive, and quick to troubleshoot unexpected challenges, such as shutting off the water when needed. I had a fantastic experience with MTAC plumbing. They recently completed plumbing work for my full condo renovation and they did a great job. Both Markus and Anthony showed up on time, were very respectful of our home, and answered all of my questions throughly. It’s been a few months and everything has held up beautifully! I would absolutely recommend MTAC to family and friends and look forward to dealing with them again in the future. Thanks again!
