My landlord contacted John the Plumber to make a reservation and within minutes a representative called me to confirm the appointment and discuss the issue. Geoff and Reza came the following day to fix and ultimately replace the toilet. Both Geoff and Reza were professional and respectful, taking the time to chat with me and explain the situation. I was home alone working that day and, as a woman, I felt safe and comfortable to have these two men working in my home. I provided the same comments to my landlord and would recommend John the Plumber as well as Geoff and Reza again.

I thought I had booked online but it didn't go through for some reason. Dan hooked me up with a technician who was able to show up well before the window I was given (Dan said they would get there as soon as they could, but definitely between 4 and 7 pm). Ryen showed up and very quickly identified the culprit (we had no idea!) and performed the necessary repairs. Thank you for your excellent service!

Ryan and Jordan were terrific - professional but also friendly. They answered my many questions very clearly, so I understood the root of the problem and how they were going to fix it. I really appreciated that, and so while the bill was a bit higher than I expected, they also had to do more work. I felt I got good value for money, and that their work also prevented similar problems in the future. Peace of mind was greatly improved, and I would call on this company and these individuals in the future.
