I had an excellent experience with My Calgary Plumber from start to finish. I had a faulty faucet that needed immediate replacement, and without their prompt service, it could have turned into a much bigger problem.
While addressing the faucet, we also wanted to improve the plumbing by adding shut-off valves for extra protection. They recommended a service inspection to assess the work and provide an estimate. Kevin arrived right on time and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He thoroughly explained everything, provided a clear and transparent estimate with no hidden costs, and even took the time to explain why installing a pressure reduction valve would benefit our plumbing system.
The work was completed quickly, efficiently, and to a very high standard. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values honesty, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend My Calgary Plumber and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future!

There’s nothing quite like coming home from a great vacation to be greeted by an unexpected plumbing issue. Thankfully, My Calgary Plumber turned a stressful situation into a positive experience.
Despite having a full schedule, they found a way to fit us in the very same day. The woman who answered the phone was warm, compassionate, and genuinely understood the urgency of our situation—customer service like that makes a world of difference.
Kevin arrived right on time and immediately impressed us with his professionalism and attention to detail. He conducted a thorough inspection, clearly explained what he found, outlined our repair options, and was completely transparent about the costs. There was never any pressure—just honest advice and expert guidance that gave us complete confidence we were in the right hands.
Kevin was knowledgeable, personable, and treated our home with care and respect. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who not only knows their craft but also takes the time to make sure you understand what’s happening every step of the way.

Todd from My Calgary Plumber came to my home to diagnose multiple sink backups. He came and looked at the issue and suggested the repair. At all times he was professional and would explain what he was doing when asked. What I appreciated the most was his tidiness. He kept the work area clean and made sure to leave it in the same condition as he found it. He was also personable and didn't mind when I watched him work. Todd also explained how to check the P Trap should the same problem occur in the future. Overall a great experience for what I considered a fair price.

My first call for a water heater replace and install was My Calgary Plumber. The intial plan was to phone several plumbing outfits, to find the best quote. The first person I had the chance to speak with was William. William, a retired Air Force veteran (among other things) is their customer service/disptacher. Without being prompted, William made a heartfelt speech about who he is and what his values are. Hearing this put me at ease and I decided these were the guys for the job. The next two people I met were Brandon and Mitch. Mitch is the young owner of the company. I am a great judge of character and even though I only met Mitch briefly, he's undoubtedly a good honest man. Brandon the technician who performed the install shares the same character. After the install Brandon took the time to answer all my questions. He even did a small kitchen sink repair at no extra cost. So long as this company maintains this level of heart and integrity, they will always be my first call for any plumbing, furnace and A/C needs.
