We had Matt P & Jermain come out to fix our plumbing from our kitchen sink to our sewer stack at the beginning of December.
We have an older home and the kitchen drain has always been a problem.
Matt P & Jermain were very professional, kind, they informed me of what stages they were at during the work. The work itself that the did looks beautiful and SO much more professional that I would have thought plumbing could look.
Matt and Jermain showed us a picture of what our pipes looked like when they were removed and I was shocked.
The price was great for the excellent quality of work that was done here at the house.
We will definitely be using TRH in the future for any plumbing needs that may arise!

Our furnace stopped working and TRH came through quickly. They prioritized our home because we have a young family, and they were able to source the parts and complete the repair in about half the time another HVAC company quoted us. Chris, the technician, walked me through everything he did and shared helpful tips on maintaining the system — something we really appreciated as first-time homeowners.
The service was fast, professional, and genuinely reassuring during a stressful situation. Highly recommend TRH for anyone needing furnace repair in the Kitchener/Waterloo area.

I have nothing but positive things to say about TRH. I have had 2 jobs done by them in the past 2 or 3 months. A couple of guys replaced my water heater a while back and they did so efficiently and with great respect for my home.
Most recently, I had a major problem with a sub-grade drain leak in my basement. Quinn was the man in charge of the job. He was excellent, as was his helper (sorry I forgot your name). By the end of the day, I had full use of my kitchen drain and the area of the basement floor that had to be broken up was re-cemented and looked better than when the guys came. Throughout the process, Quinn kept me up-to-date on what they had found and what they were going to do. He and his team member were extremely efficient and respectful.
Today, the job was quickly completed with the installation of a new laundry tub by Matt Price. Matt did the work within an hour, and like the previous TRH employees I had met, he was friendly, respectful and extremely professional.
If all the TRH employees are like the guys who worked for me, this company has a bright future.

We called TRH yesterday morning because our old furnace stopped working and was no longer worth fixing. They provided a quote for a new furnace and installed it that afternoon. A big thank you to the office staff and the HVAC guys Robert and Ryder for getting things done so quickly. Highly recommend this company.

We had TRH out to our facility to do both running a new line to one of our machines as well as diagnose and fix a putrid smell coming from one of our drains in our employees washroom. They were quick and efficient figuring out what the issue was and compared to what our maintenance man suggested the cause would be, it was a good surprise as the cost was significantly lower!
Both the communication and interactions with the gentleman there and the ladies in the office were top notch. We will continue to keep them as our number one for service. Thanks again to Matt T and Cameron F for the quote and Jermaine and Mike for the facilities fix!!
