We dealt with two plumbing firms who tried and failed to work out why the floor drain in our basement was overflowing when we used our washing machine. We risked spending $10K+ to rip up the basement floor and replace the piping.
But Tyler, our third plumber, quickly detected the major issue: decades-old grease buildup courtesy of previous owners pouring anything and everything down the kitchen sink above.
Then, Tyler addressed it the best he could over two visits thanks to sheer determination and his impressive array of pipe-clearing gadgets. It's not overflowing anymore.
He saved us a lot of money with his incredible service.

Tyler was great to deal with. He came late on a Friday afternoon, the same day we called. We were having a sump pump issue and he gave us a few options for correcting it. He did the work the same day. A very knowledgeable fellow. Will absolutely call Tyler for any plumbing needs we have.

We had a great experience with Monte's plumbing. During the Christmas holiday, a pipe broke. Tyler was quick to respond and stopped the water. His pricing was very reasonable. He provided very nice, professional service.
