Kevin came in to offer a second quote on a few plumbing jobs revealed by a home inspection. The price was slightly lower, but it was his professionalism and friendliness that convinced us to go with Plumbing Express. Kevin returned my message promptly, answered all my questions thoughtfully, and arrived on time for the quote day. Same thing with the day the work was scheduled. He was in, out, and cleaned up after himself… all in all a wonderful experience!

Kevin is great! Very personable and really knows his stuff. He has completed a couple of repairs for us now and did a great job each time. He explains the issue and repair very well. I highly recommend Kevin for any plumbing issues!

Around a year ago, Kevin replaced a bunch of old shutoff valves in my basement. He did such a good job I called on him again on 2 subsequent occasions.
Kevin has been fast to respond to my emails. His work is very clean. I would will definitely call on him again if I need any plumbing work done in my home.

We needed to replace our aged and leaking hot water tank with a new tank. Jennifer and Kevin from Plumbing Express were great to deal with. Jennifer runs the administration of the office and answered all my questions; I provided photographs of the current tank and its location, and with this she and Kevin worked up several quotes based on different scenarios (from an all-in price to a case where I provide the tank and remove the old tank on my own).
Other plumbers I had contacted wouldn't give a price without coming in for a review of the site, and while I can appreciate that it's easy to give out a quote that's vastly different from what's actually required, I'm distrustful of companies that are hesitant to share their rates or even a ballpark estimate. This is not the case with Plumbing Express, they weren't afraid to give an estimate, and in the end, the final price of this job was very close to the estimate (there was an additional valve that needed to be replaced).
Kevin arrived on time to do the actual installation; he worked with an ease and efficiency that shows he's done this for a long time. The only thing he needed my help for was removing the old tank. Our basement stairs are a bit tricky.
The whole installation took about three hours and was on budget. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing work.
