The call to Superior Plumbing for service on our water softener was answered promptly and an appointment booked for following day. Turned out we needed to replace the water softener which was done the next day. The installation was smooth and they cleaned up all the debris. Aaron was knowledgeable about the product and explained how the new system worked as well as answering all our questions.
We are very pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend them.

Had the pleasure of having Aaron come take a look at our water softener system. He was able to answer all my questions and give great advice on how to handle the harsh water in Barrie. The best part about the interaction was how personable Aaron was. He gave us a couple of solutions, and was honest on the steps we should take. Would definitely recommend Aaron.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Currently going through insurance to rectify a 25k blunder on their part. Superior plumbing sent out a tech that illegally installed a gas hot water tank with pex lines coming direct from the tank. Less than 2mths later the lines blew and caused a massive flood to the whole lower level of my home. In short - their response to how they were going to rectify was deny, deny, deny. Had to attend their main office in Mississauga because they quit answering my calls. After giving me the runaround my husband attended and they outright lied about their identities. These guys are scammers. Avoid them at all cost! They will take your money and not honour their work, but rather seek any opportunity they can to avoid accountability. Steve is about as shady as they come. Full insurance report received. Next step - report to technical standards safety authority in hopes these guys can’t do this to someone else. Please, please, save your money and don’t make the same mistake I did. Hire a reputable company!

It was the worst experience I had. Technician had arrived and instead of checking the issue, all the time he was talking on the call to his boss. He did not solve the issue. I had to guide him where the water line goes. He did not take any initiative from his side. He did not have any knowledge about what to do. And I did not get my problem solved. I do not recommend this.

Very informative and had all the right things to say. Completely changed my day around and I would recommend Nicholas to anyone! water heater wasn’t working, Nick informed me that the products I had in the surrounding area were causing it to shut off. Therefore we found a solution and made me a happy man.
