One of three companies who visited and bid on replacing the oil system in my 19th century home. Chosen for their competitive price and the fact that the representatives spent time to answer my many questions. Additionally, the heat pump was installed in a location that was best for the aesthetics of the house and not the easiest for the installers. Both the installation team and the oil tank removal team worked efficiently and professionally, taking the time to protect the floors from the entrance all the way to the basement. The job site was left clean. A follow up email gave me the links needed to apply for the government subsidies. I would highly recommend Chauffage SM to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their heating/AC system.

Great company, knowledgeable employees, excellent customer service. They respond quickly and their pricing is fair. Extremely professional installation; the guys even left the basement cleaner than when they arrived.

We had an extremely dangerous experience with this company. They sent a technician that said our furnace was fine, and we later found out the system was leaking carbon monoxide into our vents. We were told by another technician that our lives were at risk, and that the system never should have been OKd. This should never have happened. We trusted this company with our safety, and the result could have been fatal. The receptionist (Sylvie) spoke to us in an unprofessional and raised tone multiple times on the phone, and told us the boss would call us back, and no one ever did.
Please use caution before hiring them.
