After having a flooded basement with last week's 255 mm rain in Stonewall my sump pump suddenly stopped working last night and the water was starting to come in and started to fill up very fast. I called Next-Gen Plumbing who offer 24 hour emergency service. They sent Shay the plumber to the rescue! Shay was very confident and very knowledgeable in his field and had the new pump and check water valve installed in no time at all!

Collin showed up at our house with his magic and very impressive, plunger and plumbing equipment that helped make a very bad situation better. My elderly parents had water in their basement from a recent storm and Collin was lighthearted and conducted himself professionally while working hard to solve a relatively complex issue. I recommend Collin and NextGEN for anyone who is needing some help with their house!

Collin our technician was super helpful and was able to fix our clogged toilet. We called multiple other places and would’ve have to wait a long time but he was able to come the same day. I would definitely recommend Next Gen Plumbing.

As a general contractor I have had this company install plumbing for the last 4 restaurants I have built, as welll as 2 repair jobs from previous companies poor workmanship. They are punctual, courteous, and the owner is always soft spoken and treats employees and customers with the utmost respect. Ive recommended them for their residential sevices as well. My water heater was making some weird noises this morning. I spoke to two people there on the phone, Owner Nick, and office manager Grace. Both were extremely kind, helpful, reassuring, informative and polite! Had someone out to me within an hour and a half.
The technician Shay, was super helpful, really friendly, and went above and beyond! Didn’t try to upsell me. They didn’t gouge me. The cost was super reasonable.
